Whether you want to lose weight, improve your overall fitness levels or participate in a sporting event it can be done! There is no magic pill that you can take to get you there, just a balance of exercise and sensible eating habits. Sessions can be in your house or outdoors in Exeter and surrounding areas.

I want to help in any way that I can so pick up the phone or drop me an email and you won’t be disappointed!

How it all works

The First Session...and Beyond

We kick off with a fun but challenging exercise session that will give you an idea of what to expect. We will run through some initial assessments from which I will build a profile about you so I can get to know what makes you tick. In my experience, the better the understanding between you and your trainer, the more success you as a client will achieve. During this initial assessment I will begin to understand how to keep you focused and motivated, so you get the results you are aiming for.

I'll show you the correct exercise techniques and how to get more out of your exercises. Each session will be different and packed full of sensible and rewarding exercises.

As well as getting you healthier and fitter through exercise we also need to look at what you eat and drink. In my opinion you cant burn off a bad diet so we'll review your food intake on a regular basis to make sure that this helps you burn the body fat and get into shape even quicker!

Program Review

This is a key area of your training, you & I need to see the benefit & measure your progress. It's a great boost for your confidence & comitment to keep up the effort.

Your exercise program will be reviewed on a regular basis (4-6 weeks) to allow further fitness gains and improvements.

The initial assessment tests will also be regularly re-done to allow for evaluation and goal setting as appropriate.

Weekly text messages, phone calls or emails to ensure that you are motivated even when I'm not with you.
