Beach Training

The beach is a unique training environment that adds variety, fun and progression to your sessions. For example, beach training can involve unstable surfaces (the sand), extra resistance (the shallow sea) and a variety of training equipment (sea walls, jetties, sand dunes, etc).
We have some great local beaches, my faviourte being Exmouth & Sandy Bay, link the two together with the coastal path & street furtniture & you'll get quite a workout in a spectacular location.

 

There is so much you can do at the beach, I've struggled to find a video to give you an idea, but this one is not too bad.
